Ron Morris will present Immersive Learning and History: How an Academic Department Makes a Difference in the Community at Ball State

This Wednesday, February 22nd at 3:00 p.m., Professor Ron Morris will present “Immersive Learning and History: How an Academic Department Makes a Difference in the Community”. Professor Morris will show how students affiliated with the History Department help communities with educational projects, interpretive experiences, and heritage tourism. A variety of projects from multiple locations primarily from Indiana will be examined for the clues of best practice, student autonomy, and developing student leadership.

 

The lecture will be presented in Burkhardt 100.
